I wanted to take a moment to recognize my new physical therapist, Eric Buccello, for the incredible care and support he has provided during my recovery. What has stood out to me most is not just his knowledge and professionalism, but his kindness, patience, and ability to truly listen. Recovery can be both physically and emotionally challenging, and Eric has a way of making you feel heard, encouraged, and respected every step of the way. He takes the time to explain things, answer questions, and adjust treatment based on how you are actually feeling that day. That compassionate approach has made a tremendous difference in my confidence and progress. It is rare to find someone who combines skill with such genuine empathy, and I am very grateful for the excellent care I have received.
