I have been seeing Dr. Sara for many years now. She is very thorough and easy to talk to. The office staff is extremely helpful and always get me in when I call for an appointment, usually the same day or next. I just wanted to let them all know they are very much appreciated.
I changed from my previous physician to try to establish this as my new primary physician. After several months of experiencing difficulties in trying to get new prescriptions filled I finally gave up. I had an office appointment, and talked to office personnel four times, and still could not get a new prescription sent to my pharmacy.This doctors office is very disorganized, and has very poor office personnel. I eventually had to return to my previous doctor. If you are considering using Alamogordo Internal Medicine, be advised to expect problems in getting your needed medications. Just not worth all the hassles.
My son, daughter, grandson, and I all see Dr. Anireddy. He is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't no something he will refer you to whom you need to see. He listens to my concerns and we talk about my issues to come to a solution I am comfortable with.
We don't have to wait a long time most of the time. I am patient if it does take a little longer because they get busy with unexpected things that come up. Sometimes people are sicker than they think.
