I had a procedure done at this clinic in early May. While the Dr. Smaltz who performed it was amazing and the procedure went well, getting a post op scheduled has been more difficult than it should be. Trying to get this clinic to communicate with the doctors office to schedule an appointment has been very difficult. They have canceled my appt twice already. Not a huge deal, things happen. I get that. Well, I had an appt scheduled again for a third time. I honestly didnt believe it at this point so when called to confirm this appt, sure enough, it wasnt even scheduled. Now I am scheduled in August. I hope this 4th appointment goes through.

It has always been a great place for me. I have never had any issues. The staff have always been awesome, DR Saunders has been my doctor for years now and has always been great about listening to me and getting my meds sorted.
From the receptionist to the nurse's assistant Miss Spring to the nurse practitioner, Miss Genevieve, everyone here was amazing. We swapped stories, they listened to my problems, they gave me multiple solutions, and they worked with my limitations. I've never had a group of health practitioners who seemed like they genuinely cared about my well being so strongly and sincerely. And their intake forms were pretty inclusive - they even included alternative forms of work (migrant workers) and alternative forms of living (cars, tents, etc), which I've never seen before.
