They are so disorganized and have terrible customer service. It took me more than 10 emails and about 5 phone calls for them to actually replace a comic that was shipped to me damaged because of their poor packaging. The whole issue took about 2 months to fix as they simply keep "forgetting" about the matter. Would never purchase anything again from them!!!!!!!!

I was d*** enough to bid on and “win” a few items in their comic auction.It’s now been well over a week and they still haven’t sent me a way to pay for these items.I have posted inquiries on their social media and they just delete them. Apparently they want to conceal their incompetence.I found multiple completely about them on a collector site (CGC). People have had issues with them for years.HORRIBLE experience!!!

They' seem to have no idea what there doing or maybe they just don't care? Either way, I'd recommend avoiding this outfit.
