Katie, Dick and the team at Hallmark went above and beyond to install carpet for my wife’s aunt on the 15th floor of an upper East Side Manhattan apartment. They got it done right before the freight elevator shut down for 8 months. Phew! Kept me out of trouble with my wife and made her aunt happy with a beautiful carpet installation.
