Alfano are top-notch. They successfully installed a mini-split system in an old row house with minimal disruption to the old walls and ceilings. Further, they were able to correct a problem with an old central air system that three previous companies failed to solve. Will definitely be going back to them for any future HVAC needs.

Alfano Mechanical has been great to work with. Kevin and his team were responsive, easy to communicate with, and did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and handling the heating system replacement smoothly. The whole process felt straightforward and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable HVAC work.

Arnaldo fixed in 1 afternoon what my other HVAC technician could not fix after 5 trips over the course of 24 days. We were freezing without from Dec 14-Jan 8, and thanks to Alfano/Arnaldo, we are finally warm again
Update on March 19: Our HVAC was acting up and Joe fro Alfano came over and spent several hours chasing down what the problem was. He examined our HVAC unit, pored over our diagnostics and wiring schematics, made phone calls to manufacturer; he was like a dog that wouldn't let go of a bone. In the end, our HVAC had inadvertently switched over to AC (this was in the middle of a cold winter spell), and hence why our home was not heating... read full review
