“Val was incredibly attentive, prideful, and thorough in ensuring Established Construction took care of everything we needed. Our home was damaged in a heavy storm, and they immediately came out at night in dangerous conditions to put emergency tarping on the roof to prevent water damage. They then came back as soon as insurance allowed to fix the roof, gutters, interior ceiling/wall damage, and more. All with a reasonable price, quality work, and cleaning up the property well when completed. They even readjusted our fence gate while they were here just because! We would highly recommend Val and his team to anyone looking for an honest contractor who cares.”

They handled the full scope - flooring, a complete bathroom, wet bar, drainage, and all the electrical work and pulled the necessary permits themselves. What stood out most was the guidance Tyler provided along the way; they walked us through material and layout decisions without steering us toward unnecessary upgrades. “We hired Gikas to replace our roof and paint the exterior of our house. Due to weather and other complications, the job ran much longer than expected. Alex came on board as our supervisor and helped get the project over the finish line. He was professional, highly responsive and a pleasure to work with. If you have Alex as your supervisor, you are in great hands!<br><br>UPDATE (Jan 2026): When we started to experience a leak around a vent stack on our roof, we called Gikas to come inspect the problem area as the work was still under warranty. Soon I was in touch with Ilkan who assured me the problem would be taken care of ASAP. Sure enough, as soon as the weather permitted, he had a crew onsite to address the leak. We are grateful for Ilkan’s and Gikas’s quick response even though it had been 5 years since the roofing job was originally completed.”

It severely needed a full rehab makeover like you see on those HGTV shows. I needed it done soon by a specific schedule within a certain budget. I did my research and chose 3 local companies around Nutley. One of the three was Ace Remodeling. I told them what I specifically wanted and the timeline. The three gave their estimates to me and I ended up choosing Ace. Danny (the owner of Ace) was prompt, gave me a thorough detailed estimate in writing, and was able to start right away.<br>I am very thankful that I chose Ace Remodeling. Danny, Ash, and the rest of the crew are earnest, hardworking, excellent professionals at what they do and it shows. If some unforseen minor obstacle arose, which usually does in these type of jobs, Danny came up with the most cost effective way to solve the issue. In addition, it looks nice. I'm nitpicky about minor things and pointed them out to Danny and the crew during the reconstruction. They were addressed promptly and I was very pleased.<br>The end result after all of their hard, meticulous work was nothing short of spectacular. They finished a little earlier ahead of the deadline, which makes me happy and now I can go rent the apartment out now. Lol, maybe I won't rent it out now because it came out so nice that I might just move in myself.<br>If you want honest, hard-working, meticulous craftsmen doing your project without any worries..I wholeheartedly recommend Danny, Ash, and the crew of Ace Remodeling.
