The powder room is small but they didn’t cut corners on it. Permits and inspections were all handled, we never dealt with the town once. Same guy who did our first walkthrough was there at the end for the punch list.“

“Val was incredibly attentive, prideful, and thorough in ensuring Established Construction took care of everything we needed. Our home was damaged in a heavy storm, and they immediately came out at night in dangerous conditions to put emergency tarping on the roof to prevent water damage. They then came back as soon as insurance allowed to fix the roof, gutters, interior ceiling/wall damage, and more. All with a reasonable price, quality work, and cleaning up the property well when completed. They even readjusted our fence gate while they were here just because! We would highly recommend Val and his team to anyone looking for an honest contractor who cares.“

They handled the full scope - flooring, a complete bathroom, wet bar, drainage, and all the electrical work and pulled the necessary permits themselves. UPDATE (Jan 2026): When we started to experience a leak around a vent stack on our roof, we called Gikas to come inspect the problem area as the work was still under warranty. Soon I was in touch with Ilkan who assured me the problem would be taken care of ASAP. Sure enough, as soon as the weather permitted, he had a crew onsite to address the leak. We are grateful for Ilkan’s and Gikas’s quick response even though it had been 5 years since the roofing job was originally completed.“
