I really enjoy the convenience-and they always do an excellent job. However I am knocking them a star because the last couple times I have gone there has been high pressure sales pitches that I don’t appreciate-and that they never used to do them- i’ve been coming to VIOC for several years ! To me You’re already charging an extremely high rate for synthetic change so no need for that pitch!. For example last time I went I was told if you don’t get your air-conditioning tuned up now now it will cost you thousands of dollars in the future. That’s total BS. You’re just trying to upsell me. My car does not have a lot of miles on it!!
I had a great experience as usual. I appreciate the coupons. In these tough times of higher cost for gas, food. The price with coupon allows me to keep up on my cars marinate. And the workers are so kind and helpful. Not pushy
