I love coming here to get my oil changed. The guys here are VERY helpful and informative. 3x I’ve been helped by Chaz (I believe that’s his name) and he is the best. Very friendly. Very helpful. And he’s funny lol. There was another guy there that helped me with my car question, sadly I didn’t get his name. But I highly recommend this specific location to everyone.
First time using them. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Leo waited on me. The whole crew that worked on my car were a great bunch of guys. Very personable. It was 100 degrees out and not one of them complained about working in the heat (except me...lol). Informed me of everything they were doing. Great customer service ! I look forward to returning.
I had an excellent experience at the Stratford Valvoline. Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable with a friendly smile and a handshake. I will continue to go back to Stratford Valvoline in the future for my oil changes. I live in Bellmawr ,but I choose to go to the Stratford Valvoline because the Mount Ephraim Valvoline is terrible. After I got an oil change at the Mount Ephraim Valvoline I went home and there was oil all over my driveway because they did not complete the job and the oil pan cover was dragging on the street.
