I was living in my mom’s home while she and her husband relocated to Florida for a new job. The plan was for me to make improvements to the house before it went on the market. One of those projects was redoing an upstairs bedroom for my son. I planned what I thought would be a simple weekend update—rip up the carpet, install gray hardwood floors, add white beadboard and baseboards, and paint the walls a deep nautical blue.

I had a sewer back up at my home that ruined the carpets, walls, and fixtures in my bathroom that needed immediate clean up and restoration. The company was able to get someone out to service my home that same evening. They disposed of all the damaged items and kept in contact with my insurance company throughout the process. They were also able to make all of the repairs after the clean up was finished. The service was excellent throughout the entire process and my new luxury vinyl floors and freshly painted walls look great!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone local to help with your insurance claims or remodel!
If you're looking for a restoration provider, look no further! I've had the pleasure of using Sure Kleen twice and both times, they were very responsive. The did such a good job, you couldn't even tell anything happened. The firs time, mold was found and they remediated it restored my office. This year, my refrigerator line leaked and caused flooding in my basement. I called Monday morning and they were out here the same day! The guys that were here were polite and they cleaned up after themselves! They even made it seamless working with my homeowners insurance! I would 100% use them again if I had an emergency issue!
