“Dana, the business owner, went above and beyond in making sure I was ready for my big day. She was always very communicative and offered advice when I had questions. When I wasn't sure if my hotel would have enough space to get ready in for my wedding, she coached me on alternative options and started going on AirBnB herself to find me a place that would work. The hotel ended up working out, but I could tell that Dana genuinely cared / felt responsible for ensuring I had an amazing wedding day experience. Her professionals who did hair and makeup for me, bridesmaids, and the moms were great and everyone looked incredible! It was super hot and humid and we were crying (happy tears haha) so much, and the makeup survived it all! You can't go wrong with Beautiful Brides. Seriously. (Also, very reasonable prices!!!)“

“i always love this place! and my hair is always done good. I will say— last time I went a woman who i can only assume to be the owner came up to the young woman washing my hair, and immidiately accosted her with questions that made it super tense and akward. Not the vibe when you are trying to relax. I would just reccomend to maybe wait till your employees arent interacting with customers to blame them for things lol“
