“I live in Chicago and my dog is on a regular grooming schedule, but her hair grew in extra quick this month so I had to find a groomer while visiting family in NJ for the holidays. I was grateful for Kayla’s easy online booking, which clearly stated the price, extensive list of included services (Petsmart doesn’t do all those unless you buy add-ons) and potential extra fees.When we arrived we were greeted by my dog’s very friendly groomer. She took her time discussing my dog’s various lifestyle needs to come up with a cut that was both cute and practical.My dog took about half an hour longer than quoted, but I wasn’t surprised because she has a complex coat. I was actually grateful they didn’t rush her. Something I noticed is her tail looked really nicely groomed, and many groomers in the past have ignored her tail!When we got home she had major zoomies and now she is happily snoring on the couch.
