Staff was friendly and professional as was Dr. Glass who was attentive and knowledgeable. He resolved both my kids' ingrown toenail issues - distal/tip and proximal/base - with minimal pain, talking us through the process to manage expectations and what to look out for should it recur. Numbing injections were used for the proximal correction and nitrogen spray for the distal. It was completed efficiently and cleanly. 2-wk follow-up appointments were scheduled prior to leaving, to ensure healing process is on track (good-to-go). i was not requested to leave a review honestly i dont normally leave reviews either but i need to leave this here. I have visited this place about 4 times for a ingrown nail removal but never have i been treated like Dr. Zakiyyah Waters. Not only was she nice she was super professional i didn’t feel a single thing otherwise with other doctors it was quite painful and felt partially everything.
I truly recommend her to everyone if i could leave 10 stars i would. If i ever come back i will not be attended with any Doctor other than her She is a True Doctor.

The staff was awesome. Especially Cynthia and Chelsea. They made my visit more pleasant. I was very unhappy with the pain that I was experiencing and C&C made me feel comfortable with conversation and laughs that made more relaxed. Any back or foot pains visit University Radiology in Elizabeth New Jersey and you will be glad that you did.
