Before we started, I let her know that my scalp and hair are very sensitive, and she took the time to ask a few follow-up questions to understand my concerns. Throughout the appointment, she was incredibly gentle, which I truly appreciated. I even thanked her several times during my service because it made such a difference.

She listened carefully to what I wanted and only trimmed the amount I asked for, which is something I always worry about when trying a new stylist. The overall result turned out great, and I’m very happy with my haircut.

As a first-time client, I also received a complimentary hair product of my choice, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. It made my first visit feel even more welcoming.
