This was my first time visiting Shear Dimensions, and I had a great experience with my stylist, Kim. Before we started, I let her know that my scalp and hair are very sensitive, and she took the time to ask a few follow-up questions to understand my concerns. Throughout the appointment, she was incredibly gentle, which I truly appreciated. I even thanked her several times during my service because it made such a difference.

She listened carefully to what I wanted and only trimmed the amount I asked for, which is something I always worry about when trying a new stylist. The overall result turned out great, and I’m very happy with my haircut.

I have been going to Shear Dimensions for many years and have always been happy with the services. Eileen has been doing my hair the past few years. She is great, very professional and friendly.
