“Update- The managers reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. They made it right and then some. 🤍

Wait times are ridiculous even with appointments unless you’re the first appointment of the day. I cancelled my membership & had Credits on my account. I called to make an appt & was told all of my credits “expired” after 90 days..I had over 200$ in credits. When I canceled my membership I was told they will stay on my account & was not given a time line. I called to request them be unexpired so I could make an appointment & was told I’d get a call if it was “approved” never heard back so I lost all that money 👍🏼”

“I went to see Liz on Saturday afternoon. SHE IS AMAZING! I'm a shy person, but she made me feel comfortable. She is a balance of personable and professional. Liz communicates before cutting to make sure she gives you want you want and she is constantly measuring while cutting to ensure she is giving you an even haircut!”
