I called affordable heating and air conditioning service talk the owner Sam great guy. Sam took time out of his day to speak to me. Talk for over a hour trying to help me with my problems. You can learn a lot from him now I have a better i understanding of what I need to do and pointed me in the right direction. Sam is what you call a one man band there is nothing he doesn’t know but if he doesn’t be a sure he will figure it out . Who out in that business would follow up to see how you made out. Thank you Sam for being there like a friend.

My husband googled a heating/air company because our heat wasn’t working right and came across Affordable Heating & Cooling… best find ever!!! Sam (the owner) answered and was the nicest guy. He actually had my husband go to our heating unit, take some pics to send to him so he could try and figure out what was going on over the phone… which was super cool because he is all about trying to walk you through the issue, if possible, without having to do a service call.Sam is very knowledgeable and it was very easy to look at the heating unit with his instruction. Unfortunately, he determined it was most likely the switch (which it was) and they came out within 2hrs....read full review

I knew this guy was genuine the second he picked up the phone and actually tried to help us get our furnace going over the phone because he said “ I can’t stand charging customers a service fee if it’s something easy and silly I can walk them through over the phone”. Well it ended up being something they had to come out for and was there within 2 hrs.for the service call, inspection on both A/C and furnace and to fix the furnace was less than $500, so all in all we were very pleased! I would highly recommend giving Sam a call for any HVAC needs. If we called Horizon they probably would of charged $5,000
