“When I first walked in to Dogtopia, I wondered what was so special about it. There are 3 large, safe rooms based on dog size. Each room has a pee-able, safe floor, a couple of ramps with a small platform for one or two dogs, and crates lining the walls for nap/rest. There's also a small outdoor place with grass-type covering for outdoor time. That's it.

Well, my dog LOVES it. I mean, loves it! The handlers are very special, and create a really wonderful save environment for the dogs to basically dog-socialize and have dog fun! Every single time I checked on their cameras (a great option), I saw my dog extremely happy, in the thick of things--playing, socializing, lording it over other dogs on the ramp, running, sniffing, socializing more. Each time I take him in, he is SO happy the second he realizes we're at Dogtopia, and walks in with his butt wiggling and tail wagging, straining on the leash to get inside. When I pick him up, he is reluctant to leave, and tries to lock his legs and 'trick' me into returning.

HIs happiness there means so much to me. I can put him in doggy day care knowing that not only is he safe, but he WANTS to be there! I feel so good leaving him there. The bonus is that any time you have to go away, it's so simple--you just ask for the overnight, and for a small additional fee, he is at his Happy Place while you're on your vacation, and you don't have to worry! You know your dog is happy and safe, and you can check on the cameras any time. Great place, strongly recommended.“

“Renee is an amazing trainer! We rescued a beautiful pit bull mix from our local shelter. She is such a sweet girl but hadn’t been treated very well at her previous home. So we weren’t surprised she had huge trust issues, especially towards our son. She would bark at him, jump on the back of his chair or run from him. It was becoming a stressful situation especially since he is a dog lover. Anxiously I started looking for trainers. I called several places and read up on their style. Renee provided us with all the tools that we needed through demonstration and things to read. She checked the ingredients in the food and treats we were giving Sasha and suggested better alternatives. Our walks are much better, Sasha actually sits for her harness to be put on instead of running from us. My family and I are truly grateful to Renee.“
