“I have a 7-month-old Golden Retriever named Pablo, and I had a trip to Italy planned for a friend’s wedding. To be honest, I was extremely hesitant to leave him. He’s a big part of our family, and the thought of being thousands of miles away was stressful. From the very first conversation, Ang and her team at Town & Country completely put my mind at ease.

Ang was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond every single day, sending pictures, report cards, and detailed updates that made us feel connected to Pablo the entire time. It truly felt like we never left him. The level of communication, care, and professionalism was second to none.

What impressed us even more was the training. We enrolled Pablo in training lessons during his stay, and the results were honestly remarkable. In just a few days, they were able to correct behaviors we had been struggling with for months. Pablo had a habit of jumping on people whenever he got excited, and when we picked him up, the difference was immediate and noticeable. It was clear that Ang and her team had spent real time working with him and reinforcing good habits.

Most importantly, Pablo was happy, comfortable, and genuinely excited to be there. That says everything you need to know about how the dogs are treated. Ang and her team don’t just watch your dog—they care for them as if they’re their own.

My pup stayed with Kim for two weeks. I felt so comfortable leaving her with Kim, and got a ton of updates and pictures throughout. They went for long walks and hikes every day, and had homemade turkey meatballs every day. I always knew what they were working on and what is expected for each command/behavior.

My pup was extremely energetic and about to start prozac for her anxiety. After training she seems so much less anxious and was able to self-regulate and listen rather than being in a hyperactive state all day. After the two weeks and our final training session together, I felt extremely confident in my ability to continue the training given my pup had such a solid foundation and knew all the commands.

This past weekend was the ultimate test as my pup was around several other dogs and about a dozen people. Where she would have previously jumped all over every guest, she patiently laid down and waited to hear the word 'break' before greeting anyone. I am SO proud of her and can't thank Off Leash and Kim enough! It is such a good feeling to trust your dog and give them a bit more freedom to explore.“

“We rescued a Great Pyrenees that came from a neglectful situation. He’s the sweetest thing, but he’s also 110lbs and scared of literally everything. We had two groomers turn us away because of his size. Stephanie took him on emphatically, and even opened up 2 hrs early to accommodate him and make sure he wasn’t around many other dogs. We got the regular grooming package and added the furminator treatment. He looks very handsome and we will definitely be returning when he’s due for another good washing!“

“Struggled to find a place to board my 2 dogs for 2 weeks together. One of them is sort of a handful. The owner worked out a method to keep my pups stress free and safe. The kennel is a farm style place with outdoor runs and a cooled indoor space. App is easy to use for scheduling. Highly recommend.“
