We used Ethan Schoss for a complete gut and reno job on our home. It was a very big job with lots of moving parts and Ethan did an amazing job at keeping the job on budget and on time. His attention to detail and his ability to manage many different subs consistently always meant that progress was being made and deadlines were being met.

We had picked Schoss Construction in total house renovation in Fanwood. We were very nervous and Ethan was always on the site, available, and involved in every step during the process. We appreciated his attention to detail and great experience . We are super happy with the outcome and get people all the time coming over to our house and asking us who did our house. We have been in for several months now and would recommend Schoss to anyone who is doing a renovation!
