We have worked with Jay and Griffith painting on two projects for our house over the last year. Most recently Roy came in to paint our living and dining room. During the initial phase Roy found some unexpected issue with the ceiling for which they offered options to remedy the issues and we worked with Jay to find a reasonable price to address them. We have found it easy to work with the team at Griffith painting and would highly recommend reaching out for a quote if you for your next home improvement project.

Transformed my stuck on the 90s basement! New space is great. The Griffith team was the best. Awesome workmanship, neat and trustworthy. I have been using them for years and would do so again.

I couldn’t be happier with the service Griffith painting provided us! The primed, sanded, 2 coats of paint, 2 coats of trim paint all by in one day! And the jig is beautiful! I highly recommend them.

Jay Griffith is the owner and president of Griffith Painting. Jay has over 30 years in the home improvement & painting industry. He began his business during college summer breaks, Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams are among his preferred and trusted brands. As a lifelong resident of Scotch Plains – Fanwood, community is very important to Jay and when his sons were younger you may have met him on the field while he was coaching youth soccer, PAL football, or lacrosse. Jay is a proud alum of Scotch Plains Fanwood High School and Seton Hall University and still enjoys attending Raiders and Pirates games often. Away from work Jay loves spending time with his family and teaching his young grandson golf.
