I've been a member at J&J Fitness for a year and it's been the best thing I'vedone for myself!. Steve is a unique trainer in that he equally emphasizes the importance of exercise, diet, and mental health. He guides you through these steps to physical fitness and maintenance. There is an environment of support/positivity and members at J&J are also inspirational.

Great trainer! Helped me build my body up after having back surgery. Definitely challenged myself and body while focusing on safety first. Relaxed enviroment and fun place to work out?.
