I suspected my car might have a blown head gasket. I called J&B in the late afternoon and Brian told me to drop it off the next day and that it would cost up to, but not more than, an hour's labor to diagnose it. He called me the next morning, having already looked at the car, and said it didn't take him long to confirm that the car did indeed have a blown head gasket. With zero pressure, he gave me the various options on the cost to repair the car or replace the engine with a used one, and completely understood when I told him I didn't want to put any more money into an 11 year old car with 260,000 miles on it. Did me a huge solid. Tried to replace my starter myself, couldn't get a bolt off. Was kind enough to get the old starter out the rest of the way and new one in after the tow guys brought it to em, and charged me fairly for it. Stand-up gentlemen. Also serviced my grandma and did right by her.

Dropped my car off in the morning and was done by early afternoon. They worked on it quick and had good communication with me about what needed to be done. For the work it was a really fair price!
