Our experience with Heartland Home Inspections was excellent! The communication prior to the inspection was clear and prompt. The day of the inspection Lee was thorough and made sure to explain everything to us in understandable terms and gave us a real sense of what was urgent and what wasn’t. The report was delivered in a timely manner and had more than enough details. Afterwards, he was so helpful in recommending reputable contractors to give us quotes and work on the property. We would recommend Heartland to anyone looking for a good inspector.
We used Heartland for our home inspection. Lee was amazing and took ample time to explain everything we needed to know about the house. We also used Heartland to test for mold.
