Where’s the button for 10 stars? Heartland Home Inspections was the best money we’ve spent since our wedding. In a market where Buyers are waiving everything and Sellers aren’t providing any concessions, Heartland Home Inspections’ work shifted the balance. We purchased a home that had a pre-listing inspection done. For the uninitiated to the current market, this generally solidifies that you’re going to have to buy the house as-is, with no wiggle room whatsoever.
