“I know this is a very late review, but I’ve learned it’s better late than never when it comes to gratitude.

Back in October 2024, my dad had a cancer benefit while he was fighting Stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma that started in his lungs and spread to his liver and stomach. It was one of the hardest times our family has ever gone through.

During that time, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Martino Cartier Salon and Wigs and Wishes. Martino and his wife Gianna put together a beautiful donation basket for my dad’s benefit, and it meant more to us than I can really put into words.

That basket ended up being the highest auction bid of the night, and it helped support my dad during his journey in such a meaningful way. I will never forget that kindness.

My dad sadly lost his battle on September 30th, 2025. Even though he’s no longer here, I’m so grateful for the people who showed up for him and our family when we needed it most.

“I wanted to leave a wonderful review for this wonderful salon. I was brought in right away at the time of my appointment promptly, my assistant had booked my appointment so there was some confusion over the name for some reason, but once I arrived, that got settled. I was able to express my stylist Nicole what I wanted And she did such a spectacular job, probably the best that I’ve had, in many years. She brought my hair to the tone and shade that I wanted it the first time, she did a wonderful cut, and it didn’t take too long. The price was within range for this type of service, and the salon was very aesthetic For our present time. Don’t let the location discourage you as it’s next to a little smoke shop and really is just a hidden gem. I highly recommend everybody who’s looking for a wonderful hairstylist to go there as you won’t be disappointed. They’re up-to-date on trends and they have a good eye for beauty from what I could tell, and all of the stylist, although I was more focused on Nicole, who is doing my own hair. It seems they have a wonderful portfolio of photos on Instagram. I can’t say that I wasn’t disappointed that they didn’t include my hair as she had taken a picture. I tagged them on my Instagram to try to bring them some local business and thought that my photo would have been added to the photo corral on their page, but unfortunately wasn’t. No big deal! In any case, I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the local area and please ask for Nicole when you go there and she seemed to be the nicest and friendliest person there so far.“
