We just completed the stressful process of purchasing a house. During this time, Mike from Cornerstone Inspection assisted us with the home inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and open in explaining his findings and answering our questions. We truly appreciated his professional guidance and support throughout the process.
We have used Cornerstone 4 times over the course of 10 years. The first two times was Michael Sr who has so much experience and is extremely thorough. His son is no different. I cannot remember who we used for our first home purchase, but I know that I will use Cornerstone from now on. It was incredibly easy to schedule with Kat, and Mike was so very thorough. I love when people do their jobs well. The report is extensive with photos included and it was completed and sent hours after the inspection. I appreciated all of the time spent both outside and inside as well as all of the explanations. I felt that the evalution was very honest. Thank you for a job well done!
