Working with John at DiR has truly been a Godsend. I’ve used John on multiple investment properties, and his knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail have been outstanding every single time. In the investment world, timing and accuracy matter — and John consistently delivers both.
He understands the numbers, the risk factors, and the bigger picture when it comes to real estate investing. I trust his guidance completely, and that level of confidence is not easy to earn. If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and genuinely invested in your success, John is your guy.
Highly recommend.
I recently used DiR Home Consulting & Inspections for a home purchase and was very impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. The inspector took the time to walk me through every major system in the home, explain potential issues in plain language, and answer all of my questions without rushing. The written report was clear, detailed, and included photos that made it easy to understand what needed attention right away versus what could be monitored over time. Overall, DiR made the inspection process much less stressful and gave me confidence in my decision, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection in the area.
