“We were initially introduced to Father & Son at a home show and fell in love with Bonnie, their lead designer. Designing a kitchen was new to us, so we relied heavily on Bonnie’s expertise and experience to guide us along the design path. When it came to the installation, Michael was our construction manager who kept us informed every step of the way through site visits, phone calls, texts, and we were so happy to review the progress using their scheduling app. This reduced the number of times that we had to communicate directly but if a phone call to Michael was required, Michael always answered the phone even late in the evening. This was one of the major factors that stood out to us, his personal attention and involvement. Chris was one of the carpenters on Michael’s staff and we have never seen someone who was a master of attention to detail so that every mitered corner had a tight edge. The owner of Father & Son, John, visited us to check on the status of the job and to introduce himself. We greatly appreciated that he made time in his schedule to meet with us directly. Of the sub-contractors that Father & Son used, the plumber and the tile installers were our favorites due to their excellent, efficient, and quality work. On the contrary, the flooring sub-contractor was a challenge resulting in Michael’s skills to resolve the installation issues. Overall, from design to installation, we would highly recommend Father & Son for any home improvement work.“

“Ron replaced and repaired my leaking roof after many roofing issues w another local roofer who refused to take responsibility for his work & make repairs. Ron came back multiple times after it rained & leaked until the issue was finally resolved and repaired. He was honest, hard working and very concerned to make sure the job was done right this time! He called after several heavy rains to make sure no water leaking. The roof required a “hot sealing flash” that was done the first time! He took up that section and fully sealed and applied the correct sealant and now it’s perfect! He answers calls quickly and makes sure everything is done right!I could not recommend Ron of Preferred Roofing more as he’s absolutely superior at his job!“

Paul and David helped us figure out a kitchen design that would work for us. They were patient, knowledgeable, and answered/addressed all of our concerns - putting us at ease with the whole process. They were able to advise us on what was best for our space and needs based on their years of industry experience. David was very accommodating and responsive when we asked for revisions. Once our design was chosen, they walked us through different cabinets lines and finishes, giving us the pros and cons of each without being pushy.

David and James did our cabinet install over two days. They were pleasant, friendly and did excellent work. They stayed on schedule, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our home the entire time. They communicated well, and gave us frequent updates.
