Joanne was terrific with starting the process, scheduling, and communication. She could always either answer our questions or call us back quickly. Bert came to the house to talk through options and is very knowledgeable (a long career as a mason himself) but not pushy. He really helped us understand the pros and cons of the options and did not try to oversell us. Lance, one of the owners, oversaw the pour himself and they completed the project in one day. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.“
