“Our latest project to our house was renovating two full baths and trading spaces for the powder room and the laundry space. The powder room was off our kitchen island and the laundry space was off the garage. Not ideal locations for each.

My husband and I have done many projects for our houses. We hire contractors thinking the relationship will be great throughout the project. Some of them have been over sensitive if we asked for things to be corrected or we critiqued how they were treating our home. But not Father and Son Building and Remolding. When there was an issue Mike Martinez, our project manager, jumped right on the issue. Which impressed me because he had multiple projects going at once. The quality of work is great from their men and subcontractors. We love the crown molding, shiplap and tile applications. There were minor issues with electrical and plumbing along the way but these were the hiccups Mike jumped on and immediately put our minds at ease.

The Design Center was very accommodating and knowledgeable in the new trends and finishes. It was a great pleasure working with Lucianna Ward through the design process. Her software helped us visualize the overall look we were going after. She also kept a detailed file on our project that kept things neat and orderly making any additions or changes seamless.“
