Based on the reviews, Rak Plumbing & Heating LLC is a reliable and amazing service. They do excellent work, from emergency repairs to bigger jobs like oil to gas conversions and water tank replacements. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with, providing frequent and clear communication. They are fair about their prices, never push or try to over sell, and give a competitive price. The plumbers are prompt, on time, and respectful. They work afterhours to complete the job and come back the next day to finish, clean up, and button things up. The work is done to the highest standard, works great, and looks professionally done. They take care of permits and fix the problem the right way. Rak Plumbing & Heating provides top class technical service and top class customer service. Highly recommended for any plumbing work at home or for commercial premises.
I cant say enough good things about Rak and the plumber they sent out, Maciek. My tankless water heater started throwing error codes then started leaking water from the heat exchanger. I called Rak after hours. They responded back to me within a half hour. The next morning Maciek showed up at 7:30am. He reviewed the existing unit, discussed options and we decided to replace the unit. By 7PM, we had our hot water back! Less than 24 hours from initial call the job was done! Highly reccomend! Did our oil to gas conversion and water tank replacement. Fantastic job! Spent time explaining everything, never pushed or tried to over sell, gave a competitive price, & took care of permits. His team was on time, respectful, and even came back the next day to finish the job, clean up, & button things up. Finoshed the job right! Not only does it work great, but looks professionally done. If you've had bad experiences with other contractors/plumbers, these guys will change your mind! Great expereience and I will use him and his team again!
Rak Plumbing & Heating is reliable, did amazing work for me at my houses. I had an emergency and they were able to help me right away. Knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and fair about their prices. I recommend these guys for any plumbing work that needs to be done, they are the best for the job. I highly recommend!
