I called Rak after hours. They responded back to me within a half hour. The next morning Maciek showed up at 7:30am. My furnace cut out during the coldest stretch of winter - single digits for a long time, tons of snow/ice outside. They saved the day - installed a new furnace and started prepping for an AC change before summer. Today was a nice day, in the 70s, perfect day to finish the AC part of the job. Matt did a great job, AC works great. Furnace has been stellar.
