We were closing on a house that had mold in a couple areas of the basement, as well as elevated levels in the kitchen. Greenworks did an excellent job with the mold remediation plan. They treated the mold, installed vapor barriers on unfinished floors (sand/dirt) and applied spray foam. During the remediation, they sealed off the basement and had industrial fans scrubbing the air with negative pressure. They also used appropriate chemicals that didn’t off gas. Great care and service! Was curious about air quality tests and got all the information I could have asked for and more. Very thorough and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me in my inquiries! I truly appreciate it and would recommend to anyone I know. Thank you!

A house I was considering buying tested positive for stachybotrys mold. I was having issues finding out how to interpret the results, so I messaged GreenWorks. I was surprised how quickly Victor responded to my message. He answered my question and sent me an article about what effects stachybotrys can have on people (I work in a laboratory so the article was fairly easy for me to understand).
