The Service Master team was professional, polite and extremely helpful. They also did a great job of carefully removing flooring, so we can reuse it. I would definitely recommend Service Master.
I had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster of the Shore Area from start to finish. After experiencing water damage in my home, their team quickly assessed the damage, dried the affected areas, and ensured there was no mold left behind.
They also installed new flooring, and the results were absolutely beautiful. My family room, laundry room, and bathroom floors were all completed in the same day, and the timing was outstanding.
The workmanship was marvelous, and my home looks amazing. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration or flooring services.

We were in need of water and biohazard remediation urgently and the ServiceMaster team was immediately responsive and helpful. We were handed an extremely difficult situation and Brian and his staff set the tone for the duration of the project. We also utilized the construction team to repair the damages and they were communicative and upfront with their process. We live out of town which was a challenge in itself and the open communication was crucial. Dealing with insurance companies are challenging and Michele was amazing at keeping things organized. it was a team effort and I cannot thank their team enough for everything they did.
