I had a knee replacement one year ago. physical therapy was not helping so I decided to go to this gym. wow great atmosphere, great fabulous owner. very clean clean!!! great specials to join and keep going
I have been going to this place close to a year now, small class size makes it easier to get personal attention, very helpful trainers and friendly atmosphere. The instructors modify the exercises to accommodate clients if they are recovering from a surgery or have an injured muscle. I love this place.
Small boutique style workout studio for women. Educated and experienced trainers, personalized programs, including nutritional guidance to help reach and maintain your goals. Each workout session is different from the next, keeping boredom at bay. Ownership is professional and caring. The atmosphere is relaxed & non judgmental. Wear what you want & it doesn't matter what kind of shape you're in. Worth the time and money.
