Carlton Smith came to my house personally to evaluate what size generator was required. I was extremely impressed with Carlton as he was very personable, knowledgeable and professional and able to answer all of my questions. He gave me a proposal which I accepted and Mary, the office manager, handled all of the permit applications. The team that installed the generator was first class, knew what they were doing and made the entire process as painless as possible. I was particularly impressed with electrician Mike Monkiewicz who took the time to explain everything to me and pointed out that my electric panel was in danger of failing due to not being properly wired in the past and potential fire hazzard. Mike gave me an estimate to rewire and clean up the electric panel. I hired them to come back and completed that job the next day as well. Mike's work was precise, neat and competent.
