I had an excellent experience with this provider and felt compelled to share. He was extremely professional throughout the entire visit and demonstrated genuine care and respect. What stood out the most was how he spoke directly to my son as the patient, making him feel heard, comfortable, and involved in his own care.
He took the time to thoroughly explain my son’s skin condition, including the proper medical terminology, the underlying causes, and why the issue was occurring. He also clearly explained the medication he was prescribing and provided simple, easy-to-follow instructions, which made everything much less overwhelming.

They have been amazing with my son. My son is scared of adults because of being traumatized. But this has been a blessing and he has learned that he can trust some. And these people. He actually has a lot trust and he enjoys going. They are very wonderful, polite, helpful,kind,and caring. Very professional and trustworthy. I definitely would recommend them even for kids.
This is my second visit with Donna. She is very patient and listen to all of my concerns. The staff is very pleasent,friendly and remember my name without me telling them.I would highly recommend Certified Dermatologist for any skin care.
