He also clearly explained the medication he was prescribing and provided simple, easy-to-follow instructions, which made everything much less overwhelming.
At no point did we feel rushed. He gave us his full, undivided attention and ensured all of our questions were answered. He even wrapped up the appointment by asking if there was anything else we needed, which truly showed his commitment to patient care.
