“I inherited a holdover tenant from the prior owner of my building. Finally, this tenant left. Unfortunately, this tenant never took care of the apartment and left it in less than ideal shape. It severely needed a full rehab makeover like you see on those HGTV shows. I needed it done soon by a specific schedule within a certain budget. I did my research and chose 3 local companies around Nutley. One of the three was Ace Remodeling. I told them what I specifically wanted and the timeline. The three gave their estimates to me and I ended up choosing Ace. Danny (the owner of Ace) was prompt, gave me a thorough detailed estimate in writing, and was able to start right away.
I am very thankful that I chose Ace Remodeling. Danny, Ash, and the rest of the crew are earnest, hardworking, excellent professionals at what they do and it shows. If some unforseen minor obstacle arose, which usually does in these type of jobs, Danny came up with the most cost effective way to solve the issue. In addition, it looks nice. I'm nitpicky about minor things and pointed them out to Danny and the crew during the reconstruction. They were addressed promptly and I was very pleased.
The end result after all of their hard, meticulous work was nothing short of spectacular. They finished a little earlier ahead of the deadline, which makes me happy and now I can go rent the apartment out now. Lol, maybe I won't rent it out now because it came out so nice that I might just move in myself.

“Tony, the owner, did our kitchen years ago. When our son needed work done on his house, we referred him to Tony. He and his daughter, Jessica, are absolutely fantastic. Jessica's design ideas are fabulous, and Tony makes sure the work gets done correctly and on budget. The work involved gutting and re-doing three bathrooms, replacing many of the wood floors and all of the windows in the house, moving several walls, painting, and installing new closets.

The crew came every day early and stayed late to finish the work quickly. They helped with choosing a beautiful design, and the finished bathroom looks like it belongs in a 5-star hotel. “I cannot say enough good things about Deluxe Cabinets and Granite and its owner, Anthony Agresta. I had a home in NJ that I needed to renovate and place on the market as part of an estate sale. I interviewed and received quotes from several NJ Fabuwood dealers and Deluxe Cabinets' quote was the best. As an additional bonus, Anthony gave me a 10% discount because I had seen his company's posting on a NJ house flipping Facebook site. Anthony worked with me in designing the best layout, provided me with expert advice on where to save money and where to splurge, and assisted me in getting granite countertops that were not only beautiful, but affordable. Anthony runs his business remotely, but was with me every step of the way by phone and email. When I ran into issues with my contractor during the installation of the cabinets, Anthony stepped in more than once to help me out. In the end, I hired his recommended contractor to fix the crown molding that my contractor had botched and his contractor did an excellent work.
