“I’ve been a chiropractic patient for 35+ years for the treatment of progressive degenerative disk disease. Moving around for employment reasons, I have been a patient of ~ 6 different primary chiropractors, and touched by at least 8 or 9 more (substitutes, etc.). Most recently I have been working with Dr. Recchia of Bergen Spine and Rehabilitation in Bergenfield, NJ for very difficult new issues around only being able to walk very short distances after hip replacement surgery, a resultant leg-length differential and issues with the sacrum. Dr. Recchia’s care has been superlative. He is a caring, communicative, responsive and very effective practitioner who has helped me greatly. I highly recommend him. I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention the high-quality of the staff at Bergen Spine & Rehab. To a person, they are consistently warm, friendly and always very helpful. Thanks to them, as well.“

“I began physical therapy a couple of months ago because I had pain basically everywhere. Sitting down, getting up from a seated position, walking down steps, getting into a car (mostly as a passenger), getting jostled in a moving vehicle - all of these caused me a great deal of pain.I switched from a physical therapy group that I was seeing to Dr. Kay because my husband had raved about her. Since switching I have seen a huge difference.She (and Zach) worked with me on both my upper and lower body showing me different exercises and constantly switching themup - and gave me homework to practice them and others. They really care!!!!As a result I have a much better range of motion in my arms and I’m able to handle what I couldn’t before with little or no pain at all. I still have a ways to go to be pain free, but I know what I need to do to get there thanks to Dr. Kay and Zach.I highly recommend this group!!!!!“
