Best place ever! All staff very friendly and professional :)
I was not content with my results. I began the invisalign process and paid $4,000 upfront. I started off with Dr.Patel and ended up with a different dentist. I felt as though they wanted to rush my process because everything was already paid for, my teeth are still not fully straight. They took a scan of my teeth for my retainers before filing my teeth down. Once I received my retainer they didn’t fully click. Unprofessional, I don’t recommend
I started going to Dr Hardeek's office in avenel from year 2022 and moved my kids also to his practice in 2023, worst decision I took in having chosen his office for dental work for my family. In 2023 he mentioned I have to get both my caps on 2 teeth replaced as they are not good anymore now, even though my appointment was with dr hardeek, some lady doctor i dont remember name did the work for me and did the worst work and spend more than an hour just putting the new caps back and hurt and scratched my whole lip until it bleeded with some kind of tool which had sharp blades to polishing the cap and she was all over my body with her whole weight on just trying to fix the cap. One of the cap was not put properly so I went back again and doctor had to replace it for free as it was their mistake although he kept in sating it was fine. On top of that doctor knew that one of my teeth is fractured for which he was replacing the cap, still rather than extracting that out he decided to cap it again. And now 4 months later I am still struggling with pain around that area and now I have seen two different doctors and both said the tooth should have been removed if doctor knew. Also one of their front desk lady is so rude, her duty is to just keep cancelling the appointments without even asking the patients. With this way one day doctor will be left with no appointments, lol. She herself is dooming the doctors business along with negligence from doctors side. Also they will never give you-all your x rays.
