Aspen dental staff is thorough. They are friendly and encouraging. I can see that the staff enjoys working together. Which makes it a pleasant experience getting dental work done.( imagine that)?

If it were based solely on the staff, their friendly and caring attitudes, competence and overall generally welcoming and chill environment, the rating would have definitely been a 5+. However, if you want to get in touch with them by phone, email or text, that's a completely different story. Their web site lets new patients schedule appointments but has no such option online for existing patients. When you call the Union, NJ office, you can't even leave a voicemail because no one ever seems to answer the phone.
