1. they offer a really bad service2.staff in the office very unprofessional the lady in the office, I gave her my brother information, to put it as an emergency contact when I told her his name she started laughing.3. They make you wake so long, making an appointment in pointless. My appointment was at 10:15, I arrived on time and they made me wait 1 hour to get attended, I left the place at 1:15. I was there for 4 hours just to get a physical exam, they take so long to do every single thing. Realmente no recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

Horrible service..I gave 1 start because Im Required to give 1 if I want to write a review. My son has a appointment in 2 weeks but today I had to take off work because my son had a bad fever. 1st of all, no walk ins allowed even if it is an emergency. Completely do not care about kids health, I wonder how would it be if this happens to their own kids.

the worst service ever! got transferred around for 20 minutes for missing telemedicine appointment confirmation by 1 minute. couldn't get a hold of any to talk to after being transferred to a nurse with horrible reception.
