I recently visited Dr. Starr for an eye exam for the first time, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I made the appointment, I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff.Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, and the care I received throughout the exam was exemplary. The staff were extremely friendly and caring as they walked me through the eye exam. I took my 89-year-old mother for her first visit and I could not be happier. The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. There was excellent communication from everyone the entire visit.Thank you all for a great experience! It made my day to hear my mom tell my dad about how great everything went when I got her home.
Both my wife and I have been in the care of Dr Lench for close to 30 years. We know that our eyes are in good care. Between getting a good exam and the correct prescription we have been referred to specialists and quality facilities for lazer surgery. Back in 2015, Dr Lench pointed out a scar under one of my eyes and said that it might be Basil Cell Carcinoma. I went to a dermatologist and had it biopsied. Sure enough, it was basil cell carcinoma. It was removed along with another site on my head. I believe that Dr Lench may have saved my life!
