From the front desk staff to the optometrist, everyone is very kind. The optometrist is pleasant, easy to talk to, attentive, and very thorough with the exam, explaining everything so well. Customers were able to get an appointment same day. Effie provided amazing customer service, going above and beyond by making glasses tighter and cleaning them, and offering help with pricing for the best insurance deal. This office is way better than chain eye companies, with everything from scheduling to the exam, contacts, and glasses being perfect. The team is super knowledgeable and thorough, taking care of all eye care. They are great with all ages and have a phenomenal assortment of eyewear. Customers love that they are hosting their first trunk show and highly recommend this optometrist.
Dr. Ram and Effie are AMAZING. Dr. Ram is very direct and efficient with her appointments. She answers ALL my questions. Effie is so nice and will educate at every step in the process.
