Been coming here for years. Ever since it first opened. There's new staff now & they are very friendly & courteous. The doctor is great. Have nice conversations with him.

The staff is always smiling and pleasant, and the doctors, including Dr. Gates, take the time to thoroughly answer patients' questions. The group is fast, efficient, and reasonably priced, with a team that is always helpful and accommodating, even with last-minute appointments. They offer great service and a welcoming experience.

I’m SO happy I found Elite Eye Group! I called over four different places before finding them. Even with offices that accepted my insurance, I was still being quoted a huge out of pocket cost for a contact lens exam.
Not only did Elite Eye Group have a great price point, but the entire customer/patient experience was amazing from my first phone call to walking into the office.
The office itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and elegant. The doctor was amazing, and the receptionist at the front was so welcoming and helpful. You can really tell they care about the experience they give their patients.
