Colleen and her staff did an amazing job decorating the entire upstairs ballroom at Scotland Run. I told her what we wanted and she pulled it off flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for decor, balloon rings, enchanted forest themed events. Beautiful. Thank you again!

I rented a fan chair and had them decorate with balloons for my daughters baby shower yesterday. All I did was show them the invitation for colors and theme which was baby elephants . They did such an amazing job !! It was absolutely adorable and my daughter loved it! The little elephants were so cute !! Thank you !! Highly recommend!!

Last year I rented a tent and 6 tables and chairs. Their set up and breakdown were quick. I found the quality to be nicer that "another place in town" i used a few years ago. Party Heaven's tables, chairs, linens were all in good shape! So, having a party again, so I'm calling them now.
