I cannot thank Sherri and the staff at Preferred Party Place enough. This summer, in the midst of planning my Dad's 65th birthday party, six of our family members were hit with COVID. We had to cancel the party and find a new date. We had already placed our order (tables, chairs, and a tent). It was a stressful time for me and my family. Sherri quickly cancelled the order and refunded my money - no questions asked. When it came time to order again, Sherri answered all my questions and modified my contract as needed.
