Each one owning thier skillset & it shows, as they apply it to every client various style/ hair requests. A SOULan where you come in a mess & leave out looking fresh, feeling like a new person. Diane was gentle and took great care of my 11 year old. She made her feel at ease. My daughter has a lot of hair and it can be a lot to deal with, she handled it like the pro she is.
